Confirmed on 14w31a. i seen a slight lag on block updates during placing and breaking but not like before...at least so far.
I'm on a quad core laptop with dual graphics. I never had any fps or chunk lag issus ubtill this snapshot
Sounds like gates are behaving the same as the bottom half of the door
This seems related to my doors only having half of the door shown as open but the hotbox is open. i don't have a screen-grab of the second part but i destroyed a chest but the image of it didn't disappear until i reloaded the world (the bock was gone and i had the chest in my inventory but it sill looked like it was there)
Ok..just came accost a good example world for this seed, and its definitely still active in 1.7.5: 4981279424677297828
coordinates:
x = -170
z = 110
the entire village is literally 2 blocks higher then the surrounding ground even though its on almost level ground
Im having a the similar problem but c + F3 does absolutely nothing, at least when on the error screen or the server list pages. i can connect to my server for 5-10 min then it drops me off and then i need to reboot my router it to be able to reconnect to it again, but all other servers work fine. i have checked every setting that i can think of between my laptop and it, and every other connection to the server, rdp and vpn still work fine after mc not letting me through
-ps im running in 1.7.4
Fluffy89502 - Your not out far enough...your at about 1,000,000 and most of these effects start out around 10,000,000 or so
I started MC-45682 a few days back and was eventually lead here and my guess on what's going on is that the generator doesn't handle uneven terrains and villages very well. I don't know how the code behind this is set up but is it possible to put a check for blocked doors or some of the glitches...then again thats probably a huge block of code just to do that.
Ps: MC-45682 can be marked as a dup of this one, they are part of the same problem
That seems to match...if a mod will link them as a duplication that would be good.
This was originally on a server and when I pulled it from there I didn't try single player...I would have put the IP but I don't want it overrun with random people
I just tried...it sits at the building screen but if I close it and then open the world its fine... other seeds work fine though
The seed of the picture is: 7082861985644829900
The cords of this particular village is x=720 z=-900
-note this world was originally genned in 14w02c but they should be the same, and i just checked-same village in latest snapshot still so i added that on also
The water is a natural underground lake. Water spreads normally in the 1 block deep areas but not where it is 2-3 bocks deep. I though that a few updates back they made it so water spreads and fixes itself in areas that are more then one block deep.
If it was the model it would only affect single player mode also and not just plain movement glitching on servers.
My Nexus 7 (2012) has been doing this since i upgraded to 4.4 kk, but i didn't check if it was the keyboard or the android version...also confirmed on 0.8.0 alpha build 2
EDIT: Mine wouldn't let me delete anything that i didn't type in the box that time having it open...to change anything i have to go into a file manager and change it in the games/com.mojang folder
Im my testing with ssp it there is an initial lag right when you switch from creative to survival from creative but after that its good...As for on a server i havent tested it
For the 1.7 Prerelease there is no exe listed on mojang.com that i seen. if there is on a link would be appreciated. Their site just says:
Server jar: https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.7/minecraft_server.1.7.jar
(On windows, right click -> open with -> java)
Just adding water to the list of things that is off..and not just from water thats on the other side of the wall...so here have a pic that shows water not flowing with more of the redstone glitching. also I found that the redstone logic seems to still being working...if you can follow the redstone well enough to actually wire it up. Also just to let you know-it is still in 13w43a (see screenshots for proof)
Memory isn't an issue here either since i have 10 gb or so dedicated to minecraft when it runs...if thats a problem i can try without that setting in the launcher but i would expect similar results. my system is:
Win7 x64 SP1
16GB ram (10 to MC)
A8-3550mx
Radeon 7690m
Java 7 Update 21
After looking at it now...they all need at least the corners on the back side of the block to look right when placed next to other glasses
This sounds more like a suggestion than a bug to me...
Lane-Etho is in 14w29b which is one of the versions this is known to happen in. you can see the version around 1:15 into the video. but around 6 min in it is a good demonstration of what this bug is all about
