did you try uninstalling and reinstalling java and minecraft?

Mojang can't fix the issue without the proper information.

For example force a crash by holding F3+C for 10 seconds.

Then navigate to appdata\roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports\crash-(the date of the crash)-client.txt

Or provide a world download.
