Same here on series x on a realm, the world loads then freezes and fully shuts the Xbox down, my controller and headset stay on but the Xbox itself is completely shut down. Had the issue for the past two updates, most days it's fine, I've tried lowering the chunk render distance but still not made much difference yet I play the same world on my switch and not once has this happened on switch
I saw their bug but mines not from flying, I only included mention of the elytra after seeing they have the issue similar but when flying, I tried it myself just walking into a block at head height with and without the elytra equipped, still can walk into it and suffocate
I'm having this issue too on Xbox, it's deepslate blocks I've gotten using silk touch, can't use a crafting table or stone cutter to use it, I can't put it in a furnace or smelter either, no idea why and can't find anything else about it online
