I've been having this problem for a few updates now.
I'm using Xbox One Bedrock version 1.14.2 now, Local Map, and still having every time I get into a minecart, I'm facing South.
Both in the Overworld, and the Nether.
It gets extremely confusing when you're trying to head North, and wind up where you started. (I have to jump out of my minecart a few times when being attacked by mobs, then when I place it back down, and hit forward, it takes me South again.)
Boarding Boats are normal.
Didn't the minecart used to be like that too, where you would board it still facing the same direction as you got on? Or did the minecart at least have 180 degrees to have a 50/50 chance of you facing the correct way; and then depending on where the player entered from, would decide which way you were already facing along the rails that it was sitting on?
Please fix this. I love Minecraft, and would like to use a lot more rails soon without getting dizzy or disoriented.
Thank you again.
I am also having this problem.
I've been using a local map on xbox one for the past 5-6 years; (uploaded from the xbox 360 version of the map.)
I've had a bunch of beehives in a shulker box and set at a build site for the past few weeks. I finally got around to making the farm for it, and i can't get it to leave the box. It grabs the item when I click it, only for a split second, before it returns to where it originally was sitting.
(I'm pretty sure I have a few bees inside the nests and hives.)
I don't want to go around breaking all my chests in my house to test this, but I was wondering if other people were having the same problem?
Hope this helps.
My version of Bedrock is 1.14.2 (Xbox One)
Yeah, I'm still having problems with Dyed Leather Horse Armor too. I'm on the Xbox One Bedrock Experimental mode v1.10, and the armor looks fine when I craft it, but they're all White when I put them on the horse.
I searched for at least an hour trying to find anything on this, and I even had the minecraft discord help me search too.
The staff or someone of the sort said to go ahead and create the ticket.
I just had my inbox blowing up a bunch from just one ticket. Should've just been one message please. Thank you.
I am also having issues with catching fish in buckets. I'm on Xbox One S Bedrock Edition v1.4.0.
When trying to catch fish in my bucket, it would delete the fish, and the bucket would still be empty, unless I had a filled water bucket, and tried to catch fish again.
Hello. I noticed that I'm also having the same issue on the Xbox One S Bedrock Edition v1.4.0.
Doors work fine, but the textures are messed up on open and close.
Thank you for all your help!~ 🙂 b
Yes.
I think I might've found out what the problem is.
I just started to use Mending on all my armor too. I thought it would still go to the item held in my hand. But a staff member corrected me:
https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Enchanting#Mending
That the Mending is random and picks one of the items. I found it easier to take off all armor, and try again, and it works fine. I goofed. >~<;
Yes. When I had the problem, it was both. I had old pistons in chests, and when I'd try to put new ones in, it wouldn't. And then a different time when I'd try to create a handful of them (while trying to take the old ones from my chest and into my inventory, so I could find a way of stacking them), I'd create the new ones, with the old ones on my person, and the new ones would just get deleted. I lost all my resources too when creating them.
I haven't tried to recreate this issue in the new update yet, but as far as I can see the stacking in the chests has been fixed.
(And i'm having trouble trying to take down my submissions on this website. A few of my problems have been fixed, and I'd like to help clean up my mess for y'all's already busy workload. Thank you for your time.)
Ah ok. Thank you very much for your help.
I'm having the same problem with my Farmer villagers on the xbox one Better Together update too.
I'm not sure if this might be a helpful solution or not.
I know I tried out that duplication glitch in the past where you time a redstone device into a chest to push it with a Piston, and you pull the item out at the exact same time that it pushes.
I tried doing that with the bees and bees nests, and they stacked.
I found out later that each hive and bee has its own code and cannot be stacked.
So if they are stacked, it's probably a prevention for duplicating bees?
But I'm planning on using flint & steel to burn all the duplicated stuff.
I did try to make new beehives with legit resources, and i was able to stack them, and not have to worry about the items being stuck in my inventory/chests/etc.
