I already looked at your report, and setting anti-aliasing to 1 helped me. I didn't install any new programs before the hotfix update.

What can be found as icons in the taskbar:

Nvidia app (I just didn't bother to disable the icon)

QuickLook (open documents without starting the actual program; https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook )

FanControl (control fan speed; https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.Releases )

FxSound (more control over volume and sound settings; https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app )

PowerToys with Awake (keeps the monitor on without changing power options, and other tools are only enabled by demand; https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys )

Malwarebytes Windows Firewall Control (allows quick access to firewall rules, and behavior is not changed from the firewall default; https://www.binisoft.org/wfc.php )

Process Lasso (reinstalled because there was a problem with Path of Exile, set to low impact by default; https://bitsum.com/ )

Logitech G Hub (control for headset and keyboard; https://www.logitechg.com/de-ch/software/ghub )

I tried method 2, and it resolved the issue for me. I do not have RivaTuner installed; that seems to be another cause of the issue.

That might be, but I have RivaTuner not installed; it is not mono-caused by it.

Oh, darn. Someone has already reported this issue. I have it too; it occurs after a while, usually after restarting the system after a long break. The issue can be temporarily resolved by deleting options.txt in the Roaming folder, but it may reappear.
