I can reproduce this on Windows 10.

While testing out the performance in 26.2 Snapshot 3 I immediately felt something was off with the mouse, so I loaded up a fresh minecraft instance, with no settings changed apart from:

- Fullscreen: ON
- GUI Scale: 3
- Music: 5%

I tried it on the same world, restarting the game and switching between OpenGL and Vulkan multiple times and on Vulkan the mouse latency was pretty noticeable.

Hardware is:
- Ryzen 5 2600 (Virtualization enabled)
- RX 580 (amd drivers version 25.8.1)
- 16 GB 3000 MHz (Paging enabled)
- Display at 1920x1080 @ 75Hz

I already tried that before. The gamerule reducedDebugInfo is set to false, but the debug screen still does not appear.
