I can also confirm this. Exactly as has been said, firework stars lose all their effects when crafted into rockets. The Fourth of July celebration on our Realm was less vibrant than expected.
Still not fixed in 1.11 Village and Pillage update.
I have reproduced this issue in Bedrock 1.12. As the OP said, the dispensers suck up the water, but the bubble column fails to update; thus, when using the dispensers again, they spit out the water buckets instead of dispensing water (since the game seems to think there is already a water source block there until a block is broken next to the column).
I had the same issue, but I reloaded a dozen times until it let me back in so I could die and respawn.
I've now made it to The End outer islands by building a bridge, but I've wandered for about 10,000 blocks without seeing a single city.
When I try to teleport to the End cities, my coordinates will rapidly switch between two places repeatedly, and then I'll usually get stuck in darkness or bedrock. I've tried a few times now, and now I'm actually completely unable to load the world after quitting while stuck teleporting. The loading screen is stuck on "Building terrain".
Playing on Windows 10. Custom-built PC.
CTD occurs during opening Mojang screen. Can't even access main menu. No pop-ups/error messages appear.
EDIT: Probably should have tried again before posting this. The game is, in fact, now working. Nothing changed on my end between yesterday (when the issue kept recurring) and today. Maybe an update was released? Whatever the case, I can no longer recreate the issue.
Oh, Gosh, how do I delete this issue report? I'm only just now seeing this was already reported: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-14044
Dude, please stop commenting and editing your comment. This issue was posted before the Village and Pillage update changed the mechanics. IDK why it's even still open.
