Examining the entity data of one of the frames shows the original coordinates and breaking the block that the frame should be attached to does break the frame.  This appears to be just a visual problem so I suspect they will appear correctly once the bug has been fixed.

I had six frames placed before updating and all of them went missing.  I found one 60 blocks away along x and 2 blocks lower on y.  I attempted to teleport the frame entity back to the right position which resulted in the frame and map in my inventory.  I tried putting the frame back in the original spot and it showed up back in the same spot 60 blocks away, so it seems repeatable.  After a bit of searching I found a cluster of 4 more a couple blocks from this one buried in the ground.  One more is still missing somewhere.

 

If anyone is curious, it does not appear to be possible to add a glow effect to item frames.

Loot chests will also generate items with multiple protections.  I got one piece with three different ones on it.

For me this seems to be about 50/50 on working. The babies all look the same which I believe is the old farmer skin. When they grow all but one have gotten new villager skins. Just over half have been tradable and the rest have worked fine. I can't tell what the difference is.

I am not sure if this is related but after my animals went invisible, I left the area and when I came back they were visible again and it seemed that their positions changed a bit. Some chickens moved through stone walls. Sheep were halfway through walls and I had at least one sitting dog suddenly suffocate in a wall. I had noticed that this dog was gradually moving into a corner over the last couple days.

I edited the region file to set the teleport point for the gate.  From 10000, 0 the closest city was 15000, 4500.  I haven't seen cities any closer than 4000 or so blocks, but searching is slow.

I suspect this is related to the end city problem.  I don't think I have seen any gates either.  Maybe because nothing exists within range it defaults back to the spawn platform.  I can explore my end dimension later and see if there are any gates generating.  This should probably be linked to MC-140728.

I fixed a server world by copying regions from a single player world. I fixed two mansions that way and the next two were ok. Somewhere in the process I completely broke the locate command. It never returns anything and no output on the server.

I had to go well part 10000 to find any.  Once I got that far the locate command would work though.  I created MC-142277 before I saw this one.

This may be related to the issue I created: MC-142277.  I had to go past 10000 blocks to start finding cities and then they are mostly floating off the edge of islands.

I had the same thing happen once.  The world was running on a server and a restart seemed to resolve it.  It hasn't happened again and I can't say what caused it that time.
