i do not believe mineshafts are working correctly. I understand that they are rarer now but there is definitely something going on. I opened our realm world in creative and tried everything and could not find a mineshaft other than the than the first one I found using locate. . This is a world that has 4-5 people playing on it for hours each day. We have explored many many maps, I don't see how it's possible that we have not found a mineshaft. We have fully explored 100's of large caves. I even spent about three hour exploring further and didn't find one. Either they are so rare now that no one will ever find them or they are generating wrong. Can anyone confirm finding a single mineshaft in survival on Xbox since better togeather on a world generated on better togeather, not a converted world.
This would explain why I am yet to find a mineshaft in any of our maps Even after 100's of hours.
I am having a similar issue. This issue is definitely not resolved. I have tried everything and nothing helps. We have 3 Xbox ones. 2 are normal and 1 is Xbox one s. My wife and I both have gold. I can log into minecraft and join the realm every single time on all 3 xbox ones. My wife can log in and join a realm on the 2 normal Xbox Ones but every time she tries to join on the Xbox One S it gives the error "we could not connect to realms right now. we will try again soon". This Xbox one S used to be my home Xbox but it is not anymore. It is actually my wife's home Xbox. I very other game seems to work perfect for her except minecraft. Which is our most played game. Very disappointing this has not been fixed.
I am having a similar problem on our realm. Villagers, passive mobs like cows and sheep (in enclosures), hopper and chest minecarts and even redstone blocks disappearing. Very easy to replicate. Just place a redstone block between two pistons and have the block power both pistons in turn, like a really fast and simple clock. Exiting and re-entering will delete the redstone block eventually. Maybe every few times.
