Your java version is out of date, you need to update it to either Java 7u67 or Java 8u20.
Go to the start menu and type in the search bar %appdata% and go to .minecraft > click on resource packs folder > single click the resource pack that you're using > hold down the shift key and press delete to remove the resource pack.
For starters you should be running Java 64-bit on your 64-bit system not Java 32-bit. That might help run things better and your PC will thank you for it.

So then the issue must be with OpenGL and not necessarily the games code. Did Mojang start using OpenGL 2.0 for Minecraft as of the 1.8 update? P.S. sorry Joakim Stenström for everything I've said I just misunderstood what I was being told by Kumasasa and I apologize once again Kumasasa for what I had said, I was wrong and I know that I need to buy a new laptop but I currently don't have the funds to buy the computer that I want which would be updated to run the current version of Minecraft so I might have to stick with Linux to run it for now especially if Mojang is running Minecraft on OpenGL 2.0 as they have been planning on doing for quite some time.
maybe I don't meet the graphics card requirement but the game usually runs just fine for me and I usually use optifine when it's available for the specific version that I'm running so that way I can play the game and not have to worry.
If it didn't meet the minimum requirements I wouldn't have been able to play minecraft as of 1.7 or even play it on linux.
I'm sorry for that, it's just my aggrivation showing bcuz I tested minecraft 1.8 on both windows and linux and when a mod doesn't see the issue I'm talking about without going through the same tests that I have and I'm told right away that it's a broken graphics driver it means you're passing off as nothing is wrong, when I'm clearly not the only person who is noticing a coding bug. I'm a computer technician/programmer I see these things from what I do for a living and when I see a post that is setup rather quickly shutting me down to help figure out the problem to make me look like an idiot, I get frustrated. So I do apologize for saying that out of negativity.
Be careful when you attach the crash report, Kumasasa might tell you it's a broken graphics driver like he tells everyone else that has had the game crash on them.
I do understand, but I haven't been able to find a working windows 7 iso bcuz everytime I try to install windows 7 it tells me, "No Drivers Detected"
My graphics driver is up-to-date I'm unable to do anything except roll back to the older version of the driver. However I did go back to the game and turned off the VBOs option and 1.8 works but with a ton a lag and my chunk rendering is 4. After I lower it down to 2 the leaves have empty spaces as if the leaves are missing from the leaf blocks and I don't think that's supposed to happen.
