In order to address some of the previous graphical problems with the water boundary condition, they seem to have added an in between area?  You can see objects floating on the surface, and in some cases when you are very close to solid blocks they appear, but all else is rendered 'fog' until you manage to surface high enough to emerge into the ACTUAL surface.

I  suspect it's just a matter of reducing the zone in which this half way point exists. It doesn't seem to be as much of a problem on Xbox as it is on Win 10

The GUI interface, at one point, was able to shrink further than it is today, allowing for smaller type in menus for example.  In previous versions I was able to get a larger number of worlds in the world loading screen as a perfect example, as the resolution was able to be set higher.  Now it seems stuck at a point much chunkier than previously.

The majority of aquatic features do not require experimental mode to be turned on as stated in the change log.
Currently, Drowned mobs and floating items are the only features requiring experimental game play.

The GUI scale is definitly broken on win 10. I was able to change mine in settings from the opening screen menu once from something (whatever even worse setting it started out as) to "-1" but now neither in game nor root menu video settings will change it at all, and it looks horrible on large screens.

I may be experiencing this issue. see video

This persists even with a mob in the minecart (A sheep climbed in while I was typing)
It appears to be a chunk related issue. If I stand at 546,4,47 or below (-Z) then the minecart disappears at 544,4,47
But If I move +Z then it remains visible throughout the entire transit.
Similarly if I move -X <544 it again appears through the entire transit

It seems to be related to children not accepting bread as the additional video with an adult farmer chasing a child through the fields throwing bread hopelessly would suggest.

This is showing as fixed in 1.2.13.5 but I can still replicate.
Win10 bedrock

Confirmed on Windows 10, Nvidia 1050Ti running 1.2.13.5(gui2.00)
I cycled through various video settings in game, but nothing seemed to make any difference.
No packs of any sort installed, pure vanilla.

Duplicated Win10(10.0.16299.15) v1.2.13.5 in newly created game.
No fireworks exist when searching in recipe book.

I tested this using the test world from MCPE-20190 and confirmed that, upon spawning, the mobs will not collect the seeds.
My thought is that they may be spawning with full inventory already due to some aspect of or interaction with the trading system Implementation. They can't pick up new inventory since they are full, and then a separate bug that causes the duplication means that the bread is thrown because they have no room for it when it is generated (because they emerged with full inventory)
(win 10 1.0.411.0)

I can confirm this has happened to me as of the 1.0.411.0 update today on windows 10. It didn't just seem to be villagers dropping it though, it seemed to be spawning without villagers present, particularly at stone stairs and stone walls.
I was able to stand in one spot and collect hundreds of loaves of bread with no villagers present.

Possibly related, the children villagers were harvesting all farms, but no villagers would collect thrown seeds. In 10 minutes within a village I had a dozen new villager children as they bred like rabbits due to the wealth of food they had.
