Just wanted to throw in my $0.02... I thought I was going crazy.  Came here to check.  Yeah bonemeal not working underwater.  Thanks for working on it! 

Seeing the same issues in our realm.  It’s getting to the point no one wants to do a lot of work for fear of losing it.  

Had a similar issue where I entered a portal and came out in the nether, no portal visible, nowhere near where I should be.  And it wasn’t the exact coords of the overworld either. Logged out and back in, portal suddenly reappeared, went though and rather than go back to my overworld base, I went 15k blocks out.  Again, nowhere near any base coords on our realm.  

Also, we didn’t get transported to the same coordinates as the overworld.  We were teleported to completely random coords.  So it’s not exactly the same. 

I did use the search feature but was not finding me exact issue so I am sorry it’s a duplicate but to be fair it isn’t easy to search every bug.
