For me and many others PC to PC (Win 10 for me) does not work. They don't show up in the Friends tab list anymore.
@Sam have you updated all your PCs to the latest windows version? (22H2 check windows update, might not update automatically).
Windows 10 also affected, not just 11.
I can confirm that upgrading GPU to a compatible one made Minecraft installable again. Then I had to install the latest Media Feature Pack for "Windows 10 N" to make the game not crash on launch.
If you scroll down in the windows store with an incompatible GPU you can see a text saying it can't be installed. Kinda hidden.
Can't do anything about the other computer with non-replaceable GPU though.
I bought the cheapest GT710 gpu i found to "future proof" one of my kids computers for a couple of years. Sadly can't change GPU in the other one.

Hmm... As I understood it older GPUs would still be able to play older versions of Minecraft. How do I install the last supported version for DX10 GPUs (without using the Windows Store?)?
I uninstalled the game because of a startup crash and want to install it again on that computer. I have multiple older GPU computers that my kids play together on.
Seems to be working again for me too. (Windows 10 to Windows 10)
