I can confirm for Linux Mint 19 Tara with 1.14 pre 5.

I used the following 1.14test.json to use the newer lwjgl 3.2.1 as Sargun explains above: https://pastebin.com/XZkdw9Tw which is a workaround for the time being to allow me to play.

Steps for workaround:

1. Go to your minecraft folder (~/.minecraft)

2. Go in the versions folder

3. Copy '1.14 Pre-Release 5' folder to '1.14test'

4. Rename the .jar to '1.14test.jar' and the .json to '1.14test.json'

5. Paste from the pastebin link I gave above to replace the 1.14test.json file.

6. In Minecraft Launcher, go to 'Launch Options' and enable 'Advanced Settings'

7. Click Add new

8. Type in a name, such as '1.14 v5 patched' or 'Custom'

9. Under version, select 'snapshot 1.14test'

10. Click Save

11. Click News at the top to go back to main menu

12. Click the up arrow at the bottom to select the new launch option you just made.

13. Click Play, and you should be all set!

@Neko I don't understand why my issue was marked as a duplicate but that issue wasn't reopened?

Is this just a wontfix?

@Kraif Issue MC-886 was from many versions ago and didn't change from being marked 'resolved' when I updated it yesterday. So, I thought I should create a new issue today.

I tested this and Villages do spawn in superflat, but the locate command doesn't work. I also get "Could not find that structure nearby." even if I'm standing in one.

I'm on Linux Mint with Minecraft 1.13 (Fresh Install)

I'm having an issue where the WASD movement keys become stuck released.

I can reproduce it by mashing WASD and leaving W pressed down. Occasionally I don't move forward until I release and re-press W.

I've attached a Manual Crash Log.

Please let me know if I should open a new issue.

– System Details –

Minecraft Version: 1.13 (Fresh Install)

Operating System: Linux (amd64) version 4.4.0-130-generic

Yes, on mine entities are always ejected. (Although the minecart sucks them back up on return trip if they're near the rail)

Yep you're right, I didn't know that.

Here is a row of portals, none of them render for me and the outline of the 'portal' block is rotated 90°.

I was teleported instantly when I touched the first portal, so a line of them may no longer be necessary.

Confirm 14w07a

@Gary Closse Cobwebs aren't taking up the whole block anymore, they're 'squished'.
"Cross" and "Flower" refer to the rendering methods used in minecraft (as opposed to simple "Block")

I was unable to reproduce in 14w07a, perhaps it's fixed?

I haven't noticed it yet in 14w07a, anyone else?

I believe this is a duplicate of MC-48395. The water is flashing because the game thinks you're out of water (not dark) then in water (dark).

I could not confirm this, can you post a picture of how you set this up?

Confirm 14w07a

(seed:-1718923230 location: 1145 64 -143) from MC-48763, reported by Jenee

This is a duplicate of MC-45303 but I think this seed hasn't been reported yet

Confirm

It seems that jumping under water registers as you 'leaving' the water, so the oxygen bar resets.

Confirm 14w07a (panes/bars don't join with regular ice)
I don't believe this is a duplicate either
