I have a theory on why this occurs. It might be because of certain settings you did with the world before you create it on the Minecraft switch edition game. I tested a world with custom flat settings (1x grass 30x dirt 1x bedrock) and would you know it it won't cross play over. I can tell having a Mario pack skin prior to doing this will not affect your world as my survival world transfered correctly with cross play. Yeah I think certain settings from previous game such as custom flat world will not cross play because of how the switch edition legacy console was programmed. I think this is a bug that can be fixed you would just have to program the same settings for each port of the game which is going to take a while. Yeah I don't think you can do anything to fix it yourself.

I have this problem too I can confirm this exists in 1.5.1 too.

The issue was fixed on my computer today. Windows 10 released an update and it fixed it.

Jason this is the windows 10 version, not the android version. This issue is only affecting windows 10 as I have heard. (This includes tablets using windows 10 version as well I believe)

I just investigated into the matter and uninstalled the game and redownloaded it. It did nothing. However, I noticed your game file is acting very weird on my computer. It does some crazy stuff when I try to move the shortcut for the application around. So I am blaming it on the application file itself for this calamity. I think it might be corrupted even after I reinstalled it again which might be to blame for it not connecting to store. Can you guys fix this?

Actually this happens in windows 7 too so its not a windows 10 only glitch
