Zoomed in screenshot for better visibility, notice how the edges of the grass block & grass overlay are aliased, while the textures themselves are not.

No idea if this is related or not, but the block texture itself appears blurry even without the anisotropic filter, it’s much more subtle, but you can notice the difference between the block and the edges of the block which have no blurring or anti-aliasing on it. You may need to look closer on the image, but once you find it, you can see a clear difference between the block texture, and the dividing line of the blocks.
