If you really want to get people into a modified world before this issue is fixed, try applying your add-ons in small amounts, 2's & 3's seem to work for me pretty well. Have others join and install the add-ons that way, and it should work. Repeat this until all add-ons have been installed and they should be good.
I think you'd need to repeat this every time you reload the world however. Another fix is to host a realm, as this issue doesn't affect realms, but obviously that's not an option for everyone.
Hope it's fixed soon, this one's annoying.
Yeah, that reads about right, I didn't come across that post when I looked up the issue, thanks 🙂
(I don't think I seen anyone mention my temporary fix for anyone who REALLY wants to get their friends into a modified world with add-ons here and now, before any fixes however, I'll leave a comment.)
No it isn't fixed. I'd say that MCPE-175069 isn't fixed completely either, I couldn't actually see the list of items to cycle through, the results were cycling on controller but I had no idea what was coming up next as a result, at least on Xbox it was very clunky for me, unless I was just doing it wrong.
But no, this specific bug when using a keyboard is still an issue.
The confirmation status should not be "Plausible" it's 100% confirmed.
I don't need access to the next update to know that this won't be fixed by then, sorry bot.

We are now able to type using a keyboard, however the main issue is that we can still not utilise the TAB key to cycle through the autofill suggestions.
Example: Looking at the floor and grabbing the coordinates of the block your looking at should be as simple as pressing TAB twice a few times to get each X, Y and Z coordinate.
Another nit pick is that we can't just press the ENTER key to instantly bring up the chatbox and begin typing, we must now press ENTER twice.
Hopefully the full fix can come soon, much appreciate the current work on this issue so far, but please address the TAB issue.
Yeah, this isn't it Chief, I think what you guys were aiming to fix is this MASSIVE issue ---> MCPE-159777
Minecraft as a product is not useable for me in the ways that I play the game, so I guess until this bug is fixed, the game is broken for me, as it is literally game breaking to me and others that require this feature to function. I don't understand how this issue is not a high priority for Mojang.
More communication would be appreciated, or an update on if it is actually being looked at as an important problem.
100% agree with the frustrations on this issue as well, I've been working on a big RPG world for about a year that a lot of people are waiting on and now I just can't work on it at all until this bug is fixed.
It's kinda miserable knowing you can't work on a passion project just because of an unfixed bug, even a timeline would be nice.
Bug is still ongoing. Not resolved.
Still an ongoing issue. Bug not resolved.
Affects 1.19.0.34/35
This bug occured during the issue of the worlds loading and saving very slowly, since that fix this issue doesn't happen anymore or at least I haven't seen anything teleport or duplicate itselt again yet.
There is no command blocks that replace the end crystal, they're placed as decoration behind barrier blocks on them little 3x3 stands, the one that appears shouldn't even exist it was a very strange bug, but again I don't know if it's still occuring for anyone else since I haven't seen it happen since the long load/save glitch, but it is accompanied by very flashy and glitchy chunk loading, so it could be related.
It would also happen if you reloaded the chunk by moving far enough away.
Affects 1.18.30.30
End Crystals definitely do damage when TNT is turned off, this should be changed since it poses a big risk of griefing.
Please fix this. I almost lost my world completely if not for me copying the world before I loaded it up.
They weren't this powerful in the XB1 Edition it seems like a bug to me
I need this fixing so badly.
RIP my command driven automatic shop based on XP.
The exact command isn't relevant, the command is different wherever you're at in the world since the /fill command would depend on your position in your own world.
It's a /fill command. Like if you seriously need a command example to understand this it could be:
/fill ~ ~ ~ ~3 ~ ~ portal
I'm not good with coordinate positioning but that should create a 3 block long portal.
(Well it would if the bug didn't exist anyways, but you get the idea, you should hear it break.)
