I'm playing on Xbox One (1.12). I also have experienced this issue. Using silk touch of any kind on the brown or red mushroom yields the 'interior' block.
I've tried to connect with people through discord with no avail.
I've also had this issue while playing on the xbox version. I've tried restarting the console and re-installing the game. Although, my xbox does recognize that I have each missing skin pack downloaded. The pack, however won't appear in the skin customization menu
Experiencing the same issue, playing on the Xbox One Edition of Bedrock.
Whilst they are able to be traded with when directly given golden items, they are unable to pick up the item entity on their lonesome. This occurs in all worlds I've played on, both in and out of the BETA programs.
EDIT: I have resolved the issue: "Mob Griefing" MUST be enabled in order for Piglins to pick up entities!
