On further inspection, the arms and legs also seem to be swapped. In the player skin, the arm and leg in the top half of the texture correspond to their relative right side, whereas they are on the left for the drowned. Should I create a new ticket for this?

Yes, this issue is still present in 14w30c and afterwards, including 1.8 and the 1.8.1 prerelease. However, I seem to be incapable of editing the ticket to accomodate this.

Sorry, duplicate. Searched for 'framerate' and not 'fps'.

The point is, the texture packs default.png is EXACTLY the same as the vanilla default.png. Changes in a vanilla texture should not affect other texture packs, especially if it is the texture that the game shipped out with.

But the font in the other pack is completely unedited. The textures in the .jar shouldn't change how other font appears.
