This problem seems to be ignored by Mojang, it's been there for months and if they give you generic responses, one could not avoid to but to think that it might be intentional boycott of Sony's flagship console(Hello Microsoft)? Unless they expect us to report an error number that doesn't exist on a completely frozen machine. Maybe it's time to search better for another game that might catch my daughter's attention, or having her to just settle with playing on PS4 since it never happens there(No my PS5 is not faulty Mojang, just your game). And no this is not a duplicate of MCPE-173202 since there's NO ERROR message for frozen PS5s.    

Same issue here. Had to tell my daughter to play on PS4 to not damage PS5. This has been happening for a while now, first time was like months ago. I thought that after some patches it would have been fixed by now, then returned to PS5. To my not surprise, it's still there. It's a bit rare to happen, but it does. Not gonna risk an expensive console over one game.
