I'm using a Surface laptop studio. I believe it has an RTX graphics card, or so this claims:

Was this behavior unexpected on a computer with an RTX graphics card?

Thanks! We had discovered by our own experiments since my post that the height limit was 23. So, it's nice to hear our hypothesis confirmed. 🙂
