This is unreasonable. I can confirm the behavior Samuel mentioned.
For our tablet, I add my Google account to install apps and app updates. I then remove the account for privacy reasons.
I don't see why I need to have a Google (Android) account (or any other account) setup or even internet access to play MCPE.
If the app is installed, than Mojang\Microsoft should except that it's licensed and allow unrestricted play.
I am able to connect using Windows 10 Beta if the host is my tablet (Android), but the tablet (Android) is not able to connect if the host is Windows 10 Beta. MCPE 0.15.6 on both Windows 10 Beta and MCPE.
Why does it "require" an internet connection if there's no online authentication needed. This is an offline, local network session\game.
I have two licenses. If I log in using each user\license on each their own system, then the game should determine that a license isn't being used simultaneously.
