It worked for several hours yesterday, but then started again around 8pm central time last night. We didn't notice so we again lost 4 hours of stuff.

Same for me. My husband and I were playing and lost about 4 hours. We tried again when we could log back on and it happened again after 20 minutes.

This could be fixed if they allowed us to manually back up our service, with the option to force it to cloud or our PC for when cloud is having trouble with actual backups.

It would also help if we could download the backup to our computers, then upload from that backup for when cloud service has an issue with it's database.
