Vindicators and mobs with axes will not disable shields, to reproduce, spawn a vindicator, then go into survival and block the vindicators pathetic attacks.

Might duplicate MC-107284 if that's not fixed. Could also be intended.
I played PvP with axes and shields recently and was able to disable my opponents shield, I also confirmed MC-108085 with zombies as well as vindicators.
