Place some grass and move yourself or the camera slightly

I can still reproduce this in 20w51a. You just need to place a few grass there after executing the /tp command, and then move your camera around to see the z-fighting.

This extends to sugar canes which are adjacent diagonally to tall grass as well.

This probably affects all blocks with x-models which extend close to the corner (as sugar canes do).

Can confirm that this is still an issue in 1.17 and 1.17.1 Pre-release 3. Here are the new seed + coordinates of where this can be seen, as the current information no longer demonstrates this issue.
