Normal terracotta and dyed terracotta have an inconsistent texture

The texture of colored terracotta is not updated along with normal terracotta. This can be a problem when building with terracotta or exploring a badlands biome.

Can confirm. Apparently the stained terracotta textures have been missed in the texture update and haven't been updated. They're exactly the same as before.
