[MC-177723] Casting Issue: Mobs occasionally just spin around when coordinate numbers are very high

The bug

Near the world border, mobs that try to walk around, chase you or run away from something occasionally just spin around.

I noticed this started happening with nether mobs too such as blaze and wither skeletons

Mobs randomly spin on my snapshot server on 20w20b.

This was introduced either 20w13a or 20w14a it's one of the two.

Can I request ownership?

Can this have the precision-loss label added so it can be listed with other such issues?

This appears to be fixed in 1.16-pre1

Please remove the precision-loss label, as this issue is resolved and no longer needs to be tracked with this label.
