[MC-198208] Sugar cane grows in place of tree trunks

Basically what the title says. A rare instance i think, so cool to find it.

An example: seed -7988340359210069629, coordinates: x: 232, y: 67, z: 351.

Please provide a screenshot of your game with the F3 debug screen enabled - due to the fact decoration is always randomized, the seed and coordinates are, while appreciated, not really usable.
