The bug

Axolotls quickly spin in a circle around the player when they are leashed. Either on the ground or underwater.

How to reproduce

  1. Spawn an Axolotl with a bucket on the ground

  2. Take a lead and right click on the Axolotl

  3. Observe the Axolotl spin frantically around you

Axolotl is really make a fun of spinning around, its like dog barking around guardians

This is my favorite glitch, even better than hyperspeed boats. I hope they make a special NBT tag for hyperspeed spinning axolotls on leads.

This bug reopened!
Seems it will be fix in the future version.

Cannot reproduce in 1.19.4.

I am also unable to reproduce this in 1.20.5 (

The issue can still be reproduced in water, as per the comment from @unknown below

I was able to reproduce the issue in 1.20.5, but the axolotl must be in water. They seem fine on land.
