Halloween panorama from Bedrock Edition are not in Java Edition

On Bedrock Edition, the panorama has changed to have Halloween themed background in the menus. However, on Java, that hasn't changed yet. It would be great to have both editions having the same panorama to reflect the Halloween season, so this can be considered a parity issue.
