[MC-250255] Warden's Sonic Boom cannot hurt Ender Dragon, it only pushes it back

Warden can only knockback Ender Dragon, and cannot hurt it.

This is easy to reproduce.

Doesn't seem to have been fixed in 22w19a, not even doing knockback. See the video:

Perhaps has sth to do with MC-252080, but I need to confirm that if Ender Dragon can take magic damage first. If so, everything would make sense.
