[MC-261666] Armor given to Villagers is lost when they convert to Zombie Villagers

How to reproduce

Use a dispenser to dispense armour onto a villager
Set difficulty to hard and kill the villager with a zombie
Use "/data get entity" on the zombie villager to see that there is no armour on it

This doesn't occur when a zombie villager converts into a villager if the armor was given by the player, the zombie villager's armor is dropped as item(s).
