Trial Spawners will not activate/spawn mobs if gamerule "doMobSpawning" is set to "false"

Trial Spawners will not activate/spawn mobs if gamerule "doMobSpawning" is set to "false".

This is different from the behavior of normal monster spawners, which will activate/spawn mobs no matter if "doMobSpawning" is set to true or false.

When replicating, I found that you do interact, but it doesn't display if the gamerule is set to false. I placed an empty spawner, rightclicked it while the gamerule was false, and when I then would set it to true, the mob would reappear. (Attached recordings, sorry for the bad quality)

@Rabrun, thank you for the info. I never even thought about that.

@ampolive, thank you for updating the summary.

Why is the Mojang Priority Low? Originally, the trial spawner is so useful for map creating, but most need "doMobSpawning" is set to "false", if this bug don't be fixed, trial spawner will be useless for map creating.
