Fire aspect doesn't ignite TNT, campfires, candles, and candle cakes while in creative mode

This is intentional, what you're describing is a Bedrock Edition exclusive.

MC-258497 was fixed in 24w18a.

Relates to MC-169346 and MC-87174.

Also doesn't work in Adventure Mode.

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
