Summary:
Parity issue: Fire aspect enchant does not set fire to candles.
Steps to reproduce:
Place the candles.
Enchant the sword with fire aspect enchantment.
/give @s minecraft:netherite_sword[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:fire_aspect":1}}]
Try to set fire to a candles by clicking with a sword in hand.
Observed results:
The candle is not set on fire.
Expected results:
The candle is set on fire.
Notes:
The durability of the sword should deplete when the candle is set on fire.

@unknown It's probably an issue in the next snapshot, as Future Update is in the affected versions list.
Edit: For those in the future wondering, Future Update was 1.21 Pre-Release 1, which (temporarily, according to Mojang) removed the ability to light some blocks using Fire Aspect, which includes candles.
For those who haven't heard of it, Mojang says in 1.21 pre-release 1:
With this snapshot, we are temporarily removing the functionality of lighting blocks on fire using the Fire Aspect enchantment, as we want to refine it further. This functionality will be reintroduced in a later release.
If I'm not mistaken, this feature starts from this bug report. Since this feature is currently temporarily removed, it is reasonable to reopen this bug report to continue keeping track.
