Arrows/bee stingers stuck in players disappear when leaving the end

Summary:
When leaving the end via the end portal, all arrows/bee stingers that are stuck inside you disappear just like when dying.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go into the end.

2. Obtain a bow and some arrows/Spawn some bees.

3. Shoot arrows at you in survival mode/Get stung by the bees.

4. /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:end_portal

5. Go into third person view.

Observed results:
The arrows/bee stingers stuck inside you are gone.

Expected results:
The arrows/bee stingers should still be there.
