My game audio is muffled and distorted. I have this problem only in minecraft java in minecraft bedrock and other games the audio sounds normal. I tried to change my pc audio settings but non of them helped. what can i do?

Sounds like MC-265514, which is fixed in the next unreleased snapshot.
Please launch Minecraft 1.20.1 and test whether audio works correctly in that version.

Hey ManoSef, I already tried the 1.20.1 version and its muffled there too. I also tried the versions 1.19 1.18 and 1.12 in 1.12 sounds were normal but not in the newer versions. I changed some settings on my pc and i could fix 1.18 audio. but in the versions 1.19 1.20 and 1.21 it gets worse the newer the versions are. So the older the versions are the more normal the game sounds. i tried every possible setting on my pc but i cant figure out why this is so. I have also reset my pc several times but it doesnt help.
