Can also confirm. According to the Minecraft snapshot 25w02a changelog, windswept hills should only be spawning cold pigs. This issue likely relates to MC-279315 from a developer autocompleting the wrong windswept biome within the VanillaBiomeTagProvider#configure method.
Can confirm. Also, when a pig spawn egg is used in this biome, both the warm pig and the cold pig spawn (seems random)
