[MC-279928] Beacon beam clips into beacon block when far enough away

When you are far enough away and zoom in with a spyglass, you can see the beacon beam gets thick enough to intersect with the beacon block.

I can confirm this issue occurs.

This may be WAI, due to the mechanics not being able to account for blocks intersecting the larger beams. However, the bug may instead be that the beam does not account for zooming with spyglasses (and by extension FOV).
