h3.The bug
25w31a finally reimplements the loading bar that was unaccountably removed in snapshot 12w18a. However, this graphic appears to be completely generated by the code, and impossible to change by means of a resource pack, unlike most other user interface graphics.
This can be seen, for example, via a resource pack that unloads the entirety of the gui.png-atlas - most user interface sprites will be gone, but the loading bar will still remain.
h3.How to fix
Add textures that this loading bar uses, rather than having it be generated by the game's code.

Example resource pack that unloads the GUI atlas. To reproduce, apply this resource pack, and observe how the loading bar does not use the missing texture, even though it should.
