What just happened…? still the Ambient Occlusion Visual Glitch still persists… Here it is the pictures, i think they look kinda off in both OpenGL and Vulkan and also btw i recently open a discussion about my findings and also voted and contributed to these in MC-43968 , MC-138211 and lastly in MC-148689 and my huge apologies if it’s still duplicate even i already made this before in MC-308740 yet still it’s not yet fully fixed..? Maybe you can notice it a little bit.
How to Reproduce this?
Create any kind of World
Observe Ambient Occlusion in-between the edges of the blocks or just create a mind boggling structure that tries to defy shadows
See the result and that will be the core issue problem

Btw the OpenGL is 4.6.0, Vulkan is 1.4.348(Detected in Minecraft but 1.3.275 in Linux), and the Kisak-PPA Mesa is 26.1.3 with iHD, i915, Iris, i hope it doesn’t only affect in my system too… maybe i’m the only one that may have cause this problem to exist in Minecraft, is it possible to quadruple check so i can finally play Minecraft perfectly in peace without worrying about this happening ever again? In 26.1.2 i don’t see this happening and the ambient occlusion is absolutely perfect there like seriously 100% legit perfect, why is 26.2 isn’t?
