Normal fullscreen does not take effect after disabling the "Exclusive Fullscreen" option on Windows

After toggling Exclusive Fullscreen: on and disabling it again, the “normal” fullscreen option does not take effect and puts Minecraft in window mode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into a Minecraft 26.3 Pre-Release 2 world

2. Toggle Exclusive Fullscreen: on

3. Observe (exclusive) fullscreen taking effect

4. Toggle Exclusive Fullscreen: off

5. Observe Minecraft acting in window mode, even after toggling the “normal” fullscreen option on and off

Expected result:

Minecraft Fullscreen mode taking effect regardless of prior Exclusive Fullscreen activation
