if you put a enderman in the water or land its teleport away only in day time do the enderman teleport

Sure makes farming for ender pearls easy though, especially if you already have access to the End.
I think this should not be considered to be a glitch. Water is supposed to be their weakness. If they can escape water easily then its not really a weakness.
Then it would make farming and killing endermen way too easy, and yes, it is a glitch. The endermen have been VERY buggy in these 1.8 snapshots, to go as far as not teleporting when you fight them yourself.
Too easy? If we follow your logic we need to make it hard to farm everything then. Lets make mobs immune to water current and piston. Lets also make all drops on player kill only. What about nerfing bonemeal also and removing iron drops from iron golems. Yes lets follow your logic and make the game unappealing for grinders/farm enthusiast...
If a survival player is trying to reach the End and beat the game, they could get ender pearls with ease. Very unbalanced. And like I said I noticed many querky endermen behaviors.

That's not logic. Logic would be, if you are able to teleport, and you get hurt by lava, any time you fall into lava you would teleport away as fast as you can. As a player you would agree that that is what you would do. If water is your weakness you would get out of it pronto.
Enderman seem to be designed to be rare and hard to kill. A flaw that makes them easier to kill is a bug.
