Smooth Lighting Minimum and Maximum levels no longer differ

The "Full" smooth lighting feature was implemented to fix the lighting of certain blocks like the back of stairs in Minecraft, but the feature is now useless because the implementation of models have fixed the lighting issues the "Minimum" setting would otherwise still have.

It seems like "Full" and "Minimum" don't even differ anymore. The attached double screenshots show "Full" and "Minimum" setting.

Screenshot below taken with Smooth lighting set to the Minimum setting.
