[MC-58925] Redstone Torches pop off blocks if state is switched

Put a redstone torch on the side of a block and switch its state using a lever or any other redstone source

this should be added:
without block below it pops of, if block is below it works corectly

But it's not the first topic started.

It doesn't pop off if there is a block underneath the redstone torch.
