[MC-68302] Some 2D blocks models are shaded incorrectly

The bug

Since snapshot 14w25b, all 2D plants in Flower Pot, Pumpkin and Melon Stem, Mushrooms on Red and Brown Mooshroms, Redstone Repeater torch and Comparator torch models are shaded, making their textures to look darker than normal.

Fixed Resource Packs for each one (except for both Mooshrooms) can be found attached.

Torches and Restone torches are as bright as in 1.7.10 due to the fix of MC-67830, but not the torches on comparators and repeaters

The sides of blocks along the x axis are darker than the sides along the z axis in 1.8. Not sure if this is a bug or if it is intended.

Also, shouldn't the title be shortened, by replacing all affected blocks to "many transparent blocks" or something similar? Titles should be short and objective, but this one isn't being.

As of 19w45b, these blocks are still shaded even if they shouldn’t:
• saplings, flowers, mushrooms, dead bushes and ferns in flower pots – inconsistent with cross-model plants including themselves when not planted in a pot
• pumpkin and melon stems (both normal and attached) – inconsistent with cross-model plants and other crops
• redstone torches in repeaters and comparators – inconsistent with normal redstone torches

I don´t think that this is Work As Intended, as I reported 7 years ago in 2014 another bug related to this (MC-67830) and it got fixed. This bug should be fixed in my opinion.

This is not Work as Intended, as flower pots, comparators and repeaters were fixed in 24w33a. Other blocks like pumpkin and melon stem and mushrooms in red and brown mooshrooms were not fixed, so this should be reopened.

I'd suggest making new reports for any cases not fixed that don't have their own report yet. I know pumpkin/melon stems have their own report already.
