Respawned dragon doesn't have a health bar

When experimenting with the End, I summoned a second Ender Dragon using the clay Creeper face. Once summoned, however, there was no health bar to accompany the new Dragon

To Reproduce:
1. Go to the End and kill the Dragon
2. Create a Creeper face on the ground using clay blocks
3. Notice that a new Dragon is summoned, but there is no boss health bar

When I enter the End, the dragon doesn't spawn (another bug), but when I summon a dragon, it doesn't have a health bar, too (though it could be considered as the first dragon).

Yeah, it seems the only Dragon that gets a health bar is the first one, even though in the past I'm pretty sure the ones that come from commands had them

Sharpie Thunderflare

Can confirm, also affects ender dragons summoned via /summon.

Apparently my report is linked to this one, but it is not. :/ My report was that custom named bosses don't show their custom name in their health bar.

Summon by using /summon enderdragon

I was in creative.

Don't use /summon, summon it properly.

Just tested myself (in 15w33b), respawning the ender dragon with clay gives him a health bar, but the /summon command doesn't.

For the dragon, the boss event bar is for the whole fight in the end, not that there happens to be a dragon about. Performing the summoning ritual (right now, creeper face. Later, an actual thing) resets the fight, not just the dragon entity.

The wither is different, his boss event is just existing. There are no other mechanics to his fight.

I've used the ender dragon so its health gets affected by /entitydata to make it looks like it goes down during boss fights.
1.9 breaks this, because the health bar isn't visible so I still think it should appear when using /summon.
I know I could use the wither, but it makes the sky go darker when it spawns and I don't want that.
