Actually, I'm having the opposite. Mending only repairs my armor/offhand/mainhand items. (I filled my whole inventory with the diamond pick you described & diamond armor with mending, but none of the picks have been repaired.) I have a feeling my "problem" is Working As Intended, though.

Cannot confirm [for 1.9-pre4], my pick repairs itself just fine. (Using a flatworld for testing and coal ore spawned with /fill)

I still sadly haven't been able to reproduce this on the latest version (16w02a). Teleporting basically freezes me and then makes my Elytra never activate. Can someone else test?

Haven't been able to reproduce yet in 15w49a. World loads before player starts falling when teleporting and is hard to recreate on laggy and good computers. You'd need a medium speed computer or something. It might also have been fixed by another fix or something, I dunno.

Still possible in 15w47a, but pretty hard on laggy computers/USB sticks. (Either that or I was /fill'ing dirt before I started gliding... yeah, that's probably it.)

Confirmed for 15w45a. (Seems to have been made harder though, and occasionally teleporting far away disables the Elytra completely.)

Edit: By harder, I mean a LOT harder.

Can confirm for 15w31a. Haven't tested in 15w33c yet.

Just tested myself (in 15w33b), respawning the ender dragon with clay gives him a health bar, but the /summon command doesn't.

Can confirm this still exists in 15w31c and that the same thing happens when he is hit by an arrow. I also discovered it is really hard to hit him with a sword and that the harming effect doesn't work on him, but the healing effect does.
