The bug
If you quickly keeping switching a door or double flower to off-hand and your main-hand, then place the door, there's a chance it'll be glitched (half door/double flower).
How to reproduce
Get a door or double flower.
Repeatedly switch items using the swap item key (F by default).
→ ❌ A glitched door/double flower is placed
