Rapidly swapping hands with a door or double flower can cause half door/double flower

The bug

If you quickly keeping switching a door or double flower to off-hand and your main-hand, then place the door, there's a chance it'll be glitched (half door/double flower).

How to reproduce

  1. Get a door or double flower.

  2. Repeatedly switch items using the swap item key (F by default).
    → ❌ A glitched door/double flower is placed

Confirmed in 1.16.1 and 20w28a. Possibly caused by MC-132428 as the bottom half of the door/flower can be seen briefly, implying the placement was cancelled.
