The Bug:
Dungeons can generate without any chests.
Here is an example:

Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
Look closely at the dungeon and its contents.
Take note as to whether or not dungeons can generate without any chests.

Dungeons can generate without any chests.
Expected Behavior:
Dungeons would not be able to generate without any chests.

but dungeons that were supposed to have chests, didn't. For example, a mob spawner place, there are supposed to be 1 to 2 chests, but there weren't any. Also in a desert temple, the same had happened
According to the wiki, they spawn with "up to two chests". There's also a note that they can spawn with none, but it's rare.
So far in 21W14a and 15a, I've found two spawners and zero chests. That's a small sample, but certainly could indicate a regression.
Can confirm that this is still an issue in 1.17.1 Release Candidate 1.
